EGC Homes and Properties Limited (A subsidiary of EGC Capital and Investment Limited) was registered in Nigeria as Real Estate and full-service general contractor specializing in commercial and institutional construction to meet the need of high, medium and low-level profile individuals. We offer traditional general contracting services as well as preconstruction, construction management and design/build services. We are experienced and have developed excellent relationships with various national and international companies in the Real Estate and construction Industry.

Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer
The CEO, Mr. Wale Oshin is a Chartered Accountant with over 20years working experience covering, Banking, auditing, sales, financial management and consulting. Wale is an enterprise risk management expert with cognate experience in the banking industry, helping banks and other financial institutions to develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Policies. This cuts across Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) & Basel Accord Implementation, Credit Risk Management, Credit Policy, Credit Culture, Credit Research & Training, Operational Risk and Business Continuity Management, Market and Liquid Risk Management, Branch Management and Control, Banking Operations, Customer Relationship Management and Regulatory Compliance.
Outside his corporate and professional engagements, Wale has been involved in Real Estate business in the last 6 years. He also has keen interest in farming, specializing in Mushroom and Cassava cultivation and production. He is also the Chairman of EGC Agric-Save Farming Scheme and Multipurpose Co-operative Society.
He graduated from Yaba College of Technology and Paris Graduate School of Management, France with Distinction in Mathematics/Statistics, and upper merit in accounting respectively. He holds a Master in Business Administration from University of Ado Ekiti. He is a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountant, Fellow of Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals, an Associate Certified Cost Manager, Certified Risk Analyst and a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Wale is an award winner. The notable among them are the Osho Memorial Award as the Best Student in the Department of Mathematics/Statistics and the School Award as the Overall Best Student in the School of Applied Sciences.

TAIWO LAWAL : HND, MBA, FCA, ACS.
Principal Partner/Chief Operating Officer
Taiwo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Diploma Certificate holder of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State (1995) and Master of Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
He started his career as an Auditor with Eyewumi Rone & Co (Chartered Accountants) in Warri, Delta State before taking up the position of Internal Controller of Integrated Marketing Service, the holding company of Media Reach OMD, the forward Media Planning Company in Nigeria. He also worked with Vigeo Holdings as the Financial Controller and Systems Accountant where he rose to the position of Finance Manager of the Company’s Oil and Gas Division before joining Capital Assets Limited, a Member of The Nigerian stock Exchange.
At Capital Assets Limited, he was engaged to head the Corporate Finance Department of the Company, but he ended up performing a dual role of a Head of a Department and the Compliance Officer of the entire Company.
He resigned from Capital Assets Limited in June 2011 and co-founder EGC Capital & Investment Limited. He is currently the Managing Partner in EGC Homes and Properties Limited.
ENGR OLASUBULUMI AKINWUMI OLUTAYO.
Project Director.
Olasubulumi Olutayo is a graduate of University of Ado Ekiti. He holds a City & Guilds Certificate from London Institute of Construction. He has over 20 years’ experience in building construction, project management and supervision. He worked with Nigerian Port Authority as Civil Engineer supervising the construction of Chief Engineer Office of Lagos Port Complex.
He also worked as site engineer with Makor Venture Building Construction, supervising the construction of AIRTEL Office, Glass House at Oba Akran, Ikeja Lagos. He was Building Engineer, at Goshi Heritage Limited where he supervised, among other projects, the construction of Visafone Office at Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.
He Joined EGC Group in 2013 as Senior Partner in charge of Building and Construction work. He is currently the Project Director at EGC Homes and Properties Limited.
DAPO JIMOH.
Senior Partner, Strategy and Business Developmentt.
Dapo Jimoh holds Btech in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Ladoke Akintola University Of Technology Ogbomosho, he equally has MSc degree in Agricultural Economics from University of Ibadan. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Economists Of Nigeria. He started his working experience with First Bank Of Nigeria Plc in 2005 as a management trainee. He later joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in 2007 as a Frontline Associate and business developer in Western Union Money Transfer. He voluntarily left Banking in 2010 after founding Oasis Properties and Estate Management Limited.
Dapo joined EGC as a Principal Partner in Charge of Strategy and Business Development bringing Oasis Properties And Estate Management Limited as a co-promoter of EGC numerous business activities.
ISRAEL O. BOLAJI (MA, MBA, PhD <in view>).
Senior Partner, Marketing and Corporate Communication
Bolaji holds two Masters Degrees, one in English and an MBA in Marketing. He’s also working on a Doctorate Degree at the University of Lagos.
He holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the prestigious DMSI Academy (USA) as well as Diplomas in Management, Computer, Public Relations, Security Studies amongst others.
He is a versatile and experienced business leader with management experience in public relations, corporate and marketing communications, digital, sales, media and brand strategy.
He has gained robust, cross functional, and cross-sectoral cognate experience working with reputable companies as in-house leads as well as top consultancies, including Nigerian affiliates of American H+K Strategies and FTI Consulting. He complements his background in journalism with a robust understanding of business communications and marketing, coordinating campaigns in consulting and in-house roles for top brands like Notore Chemicals, Eunisell Chemicals, Total E&P, Total Nigeria PLC, ExxonMobil, Pan Ocean Oil and Gas, FedEx RedStar Express, Apple iStore, Emirates Airlines, StarTimes Pay TV, Rotary International, Cotecna DIL, GlaxoSmithKline Panadol, Nestle Coffee, Intel Corporation, Coca-Cola, Nigerian Bottling company NBC, 9Mobile, MainOne, Lenovo, Thomson Reuters, Microsoft, Hong Kong Trade delegations, Africa Reinsurance Corporation, Honeywell and other global brands in Africa.

OLADAYO OTUNLA.
Principal Partner, Marketing & Sales Diaspora.
He holds a BSc in Accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MSc in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, Arizona, USA. His working experience started with Intercontinental Bank Plc and later joined Alliance Insurance before locating to USA to further his studies. In USA, he worked as Accounts Payable Manager with one of the leading Biotech organisations in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
He Joined EGC Group in 2017 and currently serve as Principal Partner in charge of Marketing and Sales

Legal Adviser
Mr Bello graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U.) Ile-Ife and was called to the bar in 1991; he also holds a master’s degree in law from Lagos state university with a specialisation in international trade. Additionally, he is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria) Aciarb. He is a member of Nigeria Bar Association and International Bar Association.
He worked in a number of law firms including Edu & Mohammed and Paul Usoro & Co. before he founded his own firm, Bayo Bello & Co. Mr Bello has been involved in some major privatisation projects carried out by Bureau Public Enterprises (BPE) in Nigeria. He is a foremost Real Estate lawyer having been involved in some of the major real estate transactions in the Lagos State. He is also a specialist in start-up companies especially in oil and gas. International investors’ legal advisory is also part of his core competences. He is widely travelled having been on legal businesses to USA, Canada, Netherlands, U.A.E etc. He is a member of Nigeria Bar Association and International Bar Association.
